Struggling to Reconnect to Microsoft Teams? Here’s What to Do

Note: Clearing the cache will not uninstall Teams, but it will remove the web client cache, icons, thumbnails, local message history, and your Teams display images.

Uninstall and Reinstall
If none of the above methods work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Teams.
